One of my major frustrations with hotels, and especially boutique hotels, is their poor internet connection. I find it ridiculous that many hotels charge $9.99/day for poorly performing internet service. If I can pay $24.95/month at home for high-speed Internet with strong 24-hour per day performance, why is it that at hotels I generally sit and watch the "loading" icon for minutes-on-end? Any person staying in a luxury hotel these days requires high-speed Internet. It should be free, and it should be fast. End of rant.
